Registration

You register for our courses, education, and other programs on our website. As soon as your registration is recorded, you will receive a confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation is subject to the following rules:

• Cancellation must always be done in writing via email to info@apeksai.com.
• Cancellation is free of charge until five weeks before the start of the program.
• The full price is payable if the cancellation occurs later than five weeks before the start of the program.
• Registration within five weeks of the program’s start is binding.

Changes

We continuously develop our courses, education, and other programs. Therefore, changes may occur in relation to the descriptions. We reserve the right to change the time, location, price, instructor, and content, as well as the right to cancel a program if the number of participants is less than expected. “Live streaming,” photography, or video recording may occur, which will be uploaded to our website, social media, or used for marketing purposes. You can opt out of this in the specific situation by contacting us.

Prices and Payment

Invoicing typically takes place immediately after registration. We reserve the right to change prices and take reservations for possible printing errors. Failure to make a timely payment may result in exclusion from the purchased program.
